Placing an Order
If you'd like to place an order please email me to discuss your requirements. Depending upon what you need and my work schedule, I can then let you know a timeframe for completing your original design or uploading a customised template. Once the timeframe and requirements are confirmed, I'll send you an invoice for a deposit, which will confirm your place on my schedule.

Waitlist/Schedule
My current schedule can be viewed in the sidebar on the blog, and this will help you to see how your order is progressing after you've paid the deposit.
As a guideline, I'll start work on your blog design within 3 working days, and the approximate delivery time will be agreed upon before commencing.
As a general guideline, delivery for a custom designed blog will be between 1 to 2 weeks, depending upon what you require. If there is any delay, you will be advised immediately and I will update you regularly about the progress being made.
Installation of a customised, premade template will take approximately 3-5 working days.

Deposit and Payment
Once you have placed an order, I'll send you an invoice for an up front deposit of 50%. The deposit will be confirmation that you're order is on my work schedule and I'll invoice the remainder upon completion of your blog.

Design Process
Before the work on your blog design commences, I'll contact you to clarify what you're looking for, what style of blog you would like, what sort of colours you'd like to use and other details of how you envision your blog. If you have particular ideas want expressed on the blog and you want to make use of specific product images or other images for a shop banner, then I'll ask you to send theses at this time.
Once I have a clear idea of your requirements, I'll prepare a mockup design as a guideline for how the blog will look. I'll then prepare the blog on a template site and then carry out the final installation and any fine tuning once this is completed to your satisfaction.
I will require access to your blog as an adminstrator in order to complete the installation once you're happy with the design.

Revisions
I want you to be 100% happy with your blog, so I've structured the design process to give you plenty of opportunity to provide feedback and input on the design you want. That includes one thorough revision of the design before creating the intial online design, as well as making changes to the template blog once the custom design is online.
I want to be sure that you totally love your new blog look when it goes 'live'. If there is something that you don't think quite fits, then please let me know and I'll make any changes. If after reviewing the proposed design and agreeing to the installation you then request a significant number of revisions, you may incur further expenses, which you will be advised of if this situation arises. If you can be as accurate about you requirements and the specifics you want to see in your blog as possible, it will avoid such a situation arising.

Image Sources & Stock Images
Custom blogs may be made using stock images and graphic vectors if necessary. While every effort will be made to avoid creating duplicate designs for those ordering custom made blogs, it is possible that stock images and vectors may later be used elsewhere. If you require something completely unique, please be aware of this.
I provide a logo service, which allows for the creation of something completely individual. If you want something for your blog header, craft site header or avatar that is 100% unique, then the charge for the logo service will be applied to cover this.

Making Changes to your Blog Design
When you purchase a blog design, you are requested to leave the button for Crafty Lil Fox in place upon your blog and you are not to make changes to the design without advising me of what is needed. If you need minor changes at the time the blog design is carried out, please let me know. Changes at a later date will be carried out for an agreed fee, and if you plan to hire a third party or carry out extensive changes yourself, then you must remove Crafty Lil Fox design completely. If you need to do this and you have any questions, I will be happy to help.
